2025 AMC INSTITUTE CANADIAN CHAPTER

CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST IN SERVING ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

We are currently accepting expressions of interest in serving on the AMC Institute Canadian Chapter Board of Directors.

This is a great opportunity for those who want to be involved in the governance and development of the Canadian Chapter.

We want to encourage anyone who is interested, or knows someone who is interested, to submit the form below and help shape the future of this exciting organization. Any senior leader from an Active member firm of the Association in good standing may either self-nominate or nominate another Active member for a Board of Directors position. Nominees must be a senior leader from an Active member firm in good standing at the time of the nomination and must maintain their membership throughout the term of office.

AMCI Canada has members from Nova Scotia to BC and we would like to have a Board that reflects this.

We currently have four open positions on the Board of Directors, plus up to two more where Director terms are completed.

• These Director positions are for a period of three (3) years beginning January 1, 2025
• All nominations will be reviewed by the AMC Institute Canadian Chapter Governance & Nominating Committee

The slate of nominees will be distributed to the membership on or before November 29, 2024 for approval at the Annual General Meeting on December 11, 2024.
